Watch for a matching role

You'll learn how to: Enrol a person so Nynch watches their company jobs page, then write the next email only when a matching role appears.

Time: About 5 minutes to set up. The watch can sit for days or weeks.

Prereqs: Create a new outreach campaign. The person should already have a company on their record.

Steps

1. Open Nurture → Campaigns and start a campaign, or use the Watch for a matching role playbook.
2. Add a step and set Action Type to Watch job postings.
3. Write the Job brief. Name the roles that would make a note worth sending, not a keyword dump.
4. Paste specific careers or jobs URLs, one per line, if you have them. Leave the box blank if you want Nynch to look for the pages.
5. Keep Also look for job pages on their site on unless you only want the URLs you pasted.
6. Add an Email step after the watch. Cite {{signal.job_title}} and {{signal.job_url}} if you want the draft to name the live role.
7. On the email step, set Wait until if you do not want a night match to write the Approvals card at night. A match after that time in the evening waits until the next morning. The playbook uses 09:00 in your timezone.
8. Enrol the person. Nynch watches their company. When a matching role appears, the email lands in Today → Approvals. It does not send itself.

Honest limits

• The watch cites their site, not a job board.
• A match is about meaning. RevOps can match VP Commercial Operations. "We are not hiring" is a miss.
• The same posting does not fire twice.
• If many people at the same company are enrolled, Nynch reads each jobs page once.
• Approvals still own the send.
