You'll learn how to: View a person's Nynch status, engagement rhythms, lead stage, and recent activity without leaving LinkedIn.
Time: 1 minute.
Prereqs: The Nynch Chrome extension is installed (see Installing the Chrome extension).
See context on any profile you have saved
When you visit a LinkedIn profile that is already in your Nynch network, the extension's side panel shows you a full context card.
The context panel
On the right side of the LinkedIn profile, the Nynch panel displays:
- Name and headline from LinkedIn
- Location
- Connection degree (1st/2nd/3rd/Follower)
- Lead stage: their current status in your pipeline (for example, "Prospect", "Negotiating", "Client")
- Rhythms: any engagement rhythms they are enrolled in (for example, "Weekly sync", "Quarterly check-in")
- Buckets: any manual groupings or collections they belong to
- Campaigns: any email or outreach campaigns they are part of
- Last interaction: when you last met, emailed, or interacted with them in Nynch
What each section means
- Lead stage tells you where this person is in your relationship or sales process. Click it to move them to a different stage.
- Rhythms shows automation you have set up for them. If they are in multiple rhythms, each one is listed. Click a rhythm name to view or edit it.
- Campaigns lists email or outreach campaigns. Click to see details.
- Last interaction shows the most recent activity (meeting, email thread, note, etc.). This helps you remember context before you reach out.
Start Relationships banner on the profile
If this person is queued in the Start Relationships workflow, a banner also appears at the top of the profile showing:
- Reason to connect: why Nynch suggests you reach out.
- Suggested message: a pre-written opener you can use.
- ICP score: a badge showing how well this person matches your ideal customer profile.
There is also an "Add to my message" button that prefills the suggested text into LinkedIn's native message composer.
Clicking "Open in Nynch"
To see the full profile and make changes, click the Open in Nynch button (below the action buttons or in the panel header). This opens the person's full profile in the Nynch web app in a new tab, where you can:
- Add or edit notes
- Log activities (calls, emails, meetings)
- Change their lead stage
- Assign or remove rhythms
- Add tags
- See their full interaction history
If something goes wrong
- Symptom: The side panel is empty or shows just basic LinkedIn info. → Fix: The person may not be saved in Nynch yet. Click Add to Nynch to import them first.
- Symptom: The context is outdated (old lead stage, missing recent activity). → Fix: Open the person in Nynch (click Open in Nynch) and the app will show the live version. The extension's panel may have a short sync delay.
- Symptom: I don't see the Start Relationships banner. → Fix: This person is not queued in the Start Relationships workflow. To add them, click Add to connect in the extension.
