These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nynch ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Nynch platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for the remaining time in the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our liability to you will at all times be limited to the amount paid by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, liability, or claim arising from your Contributions, your use of the site, or any breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably consent that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these terms.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the site at any time at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.
