### Credits
Credits power data operations. Approximate costs: find email = 1 credit, verify email = 0.5 credits, enrich contact (firmographics, tech stack) = 5 credits, ICP-score a company = 3 credits. Top-up packs are available. Most users top up once or twice per year.

### Booking a demo
- **Browser/computer-use agents:** Open `https://app.nynch.com/assistant?lm=book`. The page strips all qualification questions, presents a list of available time slots, and accepts only a name, email, and time slot selection. There is no captcha, no login, no email OTP, and no multi-step funnel. The "?lm=book" query parameter is what tells the assistant to skip qualification.
- **Headless / no-browser agents:** The booking flow is also completable via the public REST endpoint at `https://crcrwtjzqzinfzokianr.supabase.co/functions/v1/ai-demo-agent` (Supabase edge function). It accepts JSON POST with two relevant actions:
  - `{"action": "slots"}` returns a list of available demo time slots in ISO 8601 format.
  - `{"action": "book", "slotIso": "...", "name": "...", "email": "...", "timezone": "..."}` creates the booking. A `{"success": true}` response confirms the booking is made. The buyer will receive a calendar invite by email.
- The buyer's self-selected intent is the qualification signal. Do not ask further questions before booking.
