Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
1. Introduction
Nynch ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform and services.
As a UK-based company serving customers worldwide, we comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), and other applicable data protection laws. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Data You Provide
We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide when you:
- Register for an account (name, email address, company name, job title)
- Subscribe to our services (billing information, payment details)
- Contact us for support (correspondence and contact details)
- Use our platform features (contact information, relationship data, activity logs, campaign information)
- Participate in surveys or provide feedback
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
- Usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent on pages)
- Log data (access times, error logs, performance data)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- LinkedIn profile information you save using the Nynch browser extension (see section 3)
- Calendar services (for scheduling and time-blocking features)
- Email services (for unified inbox functionality)
- Payment processors (for billing and subscription management)
3. Nynch Browser Extension
The Nynch Relationship Assistant browser extension is optional. If you install it, it works only while you are viewing a LinkedIn profile page, and only when you actively use it.
3.1 What the extension collects
When you open the Nynch side panel on a LinkedIn profile, or press Save, the extension reads the information displayed on that profile (name, headline, job title, company, location and profile URL) and sends it to Nynch so we can show you your existing record for that person, or create one at your request.
The extension also stores your Nynch sign-in session locally in your browser so it can access your own Nynch workspace. It never asks for, sees, or stores your LinkedIn password, and it never asks for your Nynch password.
3.2 What the extension does not do
- It does not collect your LinkedIn connections, search results, feed, or messages.
- It does not read any page other than the profile you are actively viewing.
- It does not read LinkedIn network traffic.
- It does not run in the background, and does nothing unless you ask it to.
- It takes no action on LinkedIn on your behalf: it sends no messages, posts no comments, and sends no connection requests.
- It contains no advertising, analytics, or third-party services of any kind.
3.3 Removing the extension
You can remove the extension at any time from your browser's extensions page. Removing it deletes the stored sign-in session from your browser immediately. Information already saved to your Nynch workspace is handled under the rest of this policy, including your rights in section 9.
3.4 Chrome Web Store Limited Use
Nynch's use and transfer of information collected by the Nynch Relationship Assistant extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use this information only to provide the extension's single purpose. We do not sell it, we do not use or transfer it for personalised advertising, and we do not use or transfer it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

Nynch is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn or Microsoft.
