Snooze a rhythm reminder

You'll learn how to: Delay a rhythm contact without losing their cadence.

When to use Snooze

Use Snooze when the contact matters but today is the wrong time: they are travelling, you are waiting for a signal, or you need a few more days.

Steps

  1. Open Today.
  2. Stay in Next Steps and find the contact's rhythm card.
  3. Click Snooze.
  4. Choose tomorrow, a few days, a week, or a custom date.

The card leaves today's queue and returns on the snooze date.

What changes

  • The contact stays in the rhythm.
  • Their last-touched date does not change.
  • Their cadence is not reset.
  • The rhythm card returns in Next Steps when the snooze ends and the contact is due.

Use Mark as touched instead when you already spoke to the person through a channel Nynch could not see.
