You'll learn how to: Delay a rhythm contact without losing their cadence.
When to use Snooze
Use Snooze when the contact matters but today is the wrong time: they are travelling, you are waiting for a signal, or you need a few more days.
Steps
- Open Today.
- Stay in Next Steps and find the contact's rhythm card.
- Click Snooze.
- Choose tomorrow, a few days, a week, or a custom date.
The card leaves today's queue and returns on the snooze date.
What changes
- The contact stays in the rhythm.
- Their last-touched date does not change.
- Their cadence is not reset.
- The rhythm card returns in Next Steps when the snooze ends and the contact is due.
Use Mark as touched instead when you already spoke to the person through a channel Nynch could not see.
