You'll learn how to: Build your Launch Kit so you have everything you need to take your offer to market quickly.
Time: 15-30 minutes to gather initial assets. Grow it over time.
Prereqs: You've defined your problem, services, and manifesto.
Why a Launch Kit matters
A Launch Kit is a repository for the assets and messaging you use when going to market: your positioning statement, one-sheets, case studies, email templates, video intros, testimonials, pricing sheets, deck templates, or anything else you reference when pitching or promoting.
Instead of hunting through folders, you have everything in one place. Nynch also references your Launch Kit when drafting proposals and outreach, so the assets stay consistent.
Steps
- At the bottom-left of the sidebar, toggle to Strategy mode.
- Click Launch Kit.

- You'll see a collection of sections or folders for different types of assets.
Add your assets by category. Examples of what to include:
Positioning and messaging:
- Elevator pitch (30 seconds)
- One-page positioning statement
- Tagline or value proposition
- Key differentiators (list of 3-5)
Sales assets:
- Pricing sheet
- Proposal template or deck template
- Case study or success story (one-pager)
- Testimonials (2-3)
- Client logos (if applicable)
Marketing materials:
- Email template for outreach
- LinkedIn headline and summary
- Website copy or landing page
- Lead magnet (if you have one)
Visual assets:
- Brand guidelines or color palette
- Logo files
- Headshot or team photo
- Slide templates or branded deck
Coaching or content:
- Coaching framework or methodology
- Process flowchart
- Methodology overview (how you work)
- Sample lesson or training material
For each asset, add:
- A clear name or label
- A short description (what is this for, when do you use it)
- The file or link (upload, paste, or link to an external resource)
Organize assets in a way that makes sense to you. You might group by go-to-market channel (social, email, proposals), by stage (awareness, consideration, decision), or by format (documents, templates, videos).
Click Save or Done.
Growing your Launch Kit
Your Launch Kit is not static. Add to it as you create new assets:
- After a successful pitch, save a copy of what you said.
- After a client emails positive feedback, add it as a testimonial.
- After you refine your deck, replace the old version.
- After you nail your email opener, save it as a template.
Every asset you add makes future pitches and outreach faster.
Using your Launch Kit
When you create a deal or draft a proposal:
- Nynch references your Launch Kit positioning and assets.
- You can directly pull from your templates instead of building from scratch.
- Your messaging stays consistent across all touchpoints.
When you're preparing for a call:
- Open your Launch Kit, grab your one-pager or pitch, and use it as a reference.
- Share a one-sheet or case study from your Kit in a follow-up email.
Update or replace assets
To update your Launch Kit:
- Return to Launch Kit.
- Click the asset you want to replace or edit.
- Upload a new version or update the description.
- Click Save.
Old assets stay in history (if available) so you can reference what worked before.
If something goes wrong
- Symptom: "I'm not sure what assets to include in my Launch Kit." → Fix: Start with the three things you reference most when pitching: your positioning statement, one case study, and your email opener. Build from there.
- Symptom: "I uploaded a file but it's not showing up." → Fix: Check that the file format is supported (usually PDF, images, docs, or links). If it's a large file, it may take a moment to upload. Try refreshing the page.
- Symptom: "Nynch isn't using my Launch Kit assets in proposals." → Fix: Make sure your assets are clearly labeled and in the right category. Nynch looks for obvious labels like "Positioning", "Case Study", "Email Template". Vague labels like "Document 1" won't be picked up. Rename and re-save.
- Symptom: "I have too many versions and can't find the current one." → Fix: Keep only the current/best version of each asset. Archive or delete old versions. A tight, curated Launch Kit is more useful than a massive one.
Assets to prioritize
If you're just starting, build these three first:
- Positioning statement (1 paragraph): What you believe and why it matters.
- One case study or success story: A real example of someone you've helped (anonymize if needed).
- Email template or pitch opener: The opening line or paragraph you use most often when reaching out.
Add to it from there as you create new materials.
