Where approvals live
Open Today → Flow → Next Steps. When actions need your sign-off, one Approvals card lists everything due today or overdue. Future-dated approvals stay hidden until their due date.
Each row shows the contact, action type, campaign, and content. You can approve or skip rows one at a time.
Approve the whole card
- Open the Approvals card in Next Steps.
- Read every row. Pay particular attention to outward actions such as emails.
- Click Approve all at the bottom of the card.
- Nynch processes the list and refreshes the card.
Successful rows leave the card. Failed or rate-limited rows remain visible with an error or holding message, so the interface does not pretend they were sent.
When to approve individually
Process rows one at a time when:
- The list mixes different contacts or campaigns.
- The agent is new to your workspace.
- A message goes to an important client, partner, or buyer.
- You want to inspect or edit the wording before it goes out.
The few seconds saved by approving everything are not worth an avoidable bad send.
If approvals keep piling up
Open Settings → Growth Assistant and narrow what the agent can propose, or switch it from automatic suggestions to manual drafting.
If something goes wrong
- Approve all is not visible: The card is not an approvals roll-up, or there are no approvals currently due.
- Some rows remain after approval: Read the message on those rows. A send may have failed or been held for the next sending window.
- You approved an email by accident: Sent email cannot be unsent. Open the affected contact's timeline to confirm what happened and follow up personally if needed.
