Bulk-approve AI suggestions

You'll learn how to: Approve a batch of AI suggestions at once from Today's Approvals section, instead of clicking Approve on each card.

When to use Bulk Approve

The Approvals section on the Today screen fills up when an AI agent has drafts queued for your review (typically email drafts, scheduled messages, or suggested next moves).

If they're all from the same agent doing the same kind of work (e.g. "weekly check-in drafts to 20 clients") and you've already inspected the agent's quality, Bulk Approve clears them in one click.

If the drafts are mixed in nature and you want to inspect each one, stick to the per-card Approve button.

Steps

  1. Open the Today screen (first sidebar item).
  2. Click the Approvals section tab.
  3. Look at the cards. Confirm they're the kind of work you trust this AI agent to do in batch.
  4. Click the Bulk Approve action at the top of the Approvals section.
  5. A confirmation dialog shows the count and what's about to be approved.
  6. Confirm.
  7. Every queued suggestion is approved at once. The Approvals section count drops.

What happens after

  • All approved actions kick off immediately (emails get sent, messages get scheduled, fields get updated).
  • The Approvals section empties.
  • The activity logs of affected contacts / deals show the AI-driven actions with the source agent named.

Sanity-check before you click

Common patterns where Bulk Approve is safe:

  • The agent draft is something you've seen 20+ times before and you're comfortable with its style.
  • The drafts are low-risk by nature (e.g. "happy birthday" check-ins, simple thank-you notes).
  • You've reviewed the first 2-3 cards and they're consistently good.

Common patterns where it's NOT safe:

  • The drafts are going to high-stakes contacts (board members, big clients) where a misstep is expensive.
  • The agent is new to your workspace and you haven't built trust yet.
  • The cards span very different contact types and you have a feeling something's off.

When in doubt, Approve per-card. The "save 30 seconds" of bulk approval is not worth one embarrassing send.

Tighten the agent if approvals keep piling up

If Approvals fills with 20+ cards every day:

  1. Open Settings → Growth Assistant.
  2. Find the agent generating the drafts.
  3. Narrow what it's allowed to propose, OR change it from "auto-suggest and queue" to "draft only on demand".

That changes the agent from proactive (always proposing) to reactive (only when you ask).

If something goes wrong

  • Symptom: "Bulk Approve isn't visible." → Fix: Some Approvals sections don't have a bulk option until there are at least a few suggestions. Wait for the section to have 5+ cards.
  • Symptom: "I bulk-approved by accident and want to undo." → Fix: Approval triggers downstream actions immediately. Emails that have already sent can't be unsent. Open the affected contacts' timelines to see what fired, and reach out personally to anyone who got an unintended message.
  • Symptom: "Bulk Approve confirmation is missing the count." → Fix: Refresh the page. If still missing, the data may be stale; close Today and reopen.
  • Symptom: "I want to bulk-reject instead of approve." → Fix: Bulk Reject sits next to Bulk Approve in the section toolbar. Same flow, opposite outcome.
