What we ship, and why
Nynch is built in public. Every entry covers the problem we kept seeing, what we built, and what changes for you.
May 2026: Assist becomes a canvas
Twenty-two features in seventeen days. The Assist surface graduated from chat to a workpiece-based canvas, outcome-based pricing landed, LinkedIn moved inside Nynch, and AI claims started shipping with their receipts.
LinkedIn moves inside Nynch
For consultants and fractional executives, LinkedIn is half the relationship surface. Switching tabs to it twenty times a day is half the friction. Your LinkedIn inbox now lives in Nynch.
Outcome-based proposals: ship a fee tied to results
Most consulting proposals price time. The best consultants price outcomes. Build a proposal with a base fee, an upside share, and the precise mechanics your buyer's finance team will actually sign.
Pursuit packs: one workspace for the account you've decided to win
A pursuit pack is the artefact you build when you've decided an account is worth winning. Five surfaces, one workspace. Linked end to end. Gated for review the whole way.
April 2026: foundation shipped
Nine days of public Nynch. The first production release on the 25th, three reliability fixes, and inline chart rendering in Assist. Here's what the launch month looked like and what we learned.
May 2026
Engines now show what they're doing, end to end
Nynch's engines do continuous work in the background. Until this release, you had to trust they were doing the right thing. Now you see the full 4-stage pipeline: inputs, processing, outputs, schedule.
Analyst Mode pulls the patterns out of your calls
After twelve calls in two weeks, the question is: what is actually going on? Analyst Mode now extracts and ranks recurring themes from your conversations, with source links to the moments they came from.
Workspace settings consolidated into one tab
If you've ever wanted to swap a Bring Your Own Key, change which model your content agent uses, or update what Nynch remembers about you, you needed three different pages. Now it's one tab.
Retainers: track them, see what's due, draft the conversation
Most consultancies lose retainer revenue not because the work was bad, but because the renewal conversation never happened. Mark engagements as retainers, see every renewal due in the next 60 days, and one-click the conversation in your manifesto voice.
Every AI insight in your briefing links to its source
An AI claim without a source is a guess in a confident voice. Your Morning Briefing now ships every claim with a source link, so you can audit before you act.
The Deal Room got a redesign your buyers will notice
A Deal Room is the only Nynch surface your buyer ever actually sees. After three weeks of watching buyers open them, we redesigned the layout, hierarchy, and mobile rendering.
Content ops collapses into one view
Briefs, drafts, and uploads used to live on three different pages. The content agent worked across all three. You had to remember three places to find a single piece of work. That's fixed.
GTM Playbook built on the Priestley frameworks
Generic sales scripts read like generic sales scripts. The Playbook now generates pitch variations, campaign rhythms, and sales assets using the full Key Person of Influence and Oversubscribed frameworks, so the output reads like your positioning.
Your Manifesto opens as a canvas, not a wall of text
Editing one section of your positioning used to mean re-reading the whole thing. The Manifesto canvas gives you section navigation, per-section regeneration, and a live Assist rail that only touches what you're working on.
The proposal wizard reads what you've already told us
You shouldn't have to re-enter what you already captured. The value-based pricing wizard now pre-fills buyer outcome, DIY costs, and timeline from your saved meeting transcripts and relationship notes.
Assist runs action workflows with review points
Bulk imports and bulk rhythm analyses can corrupt months of relationship context if a column maps wrong. Both are now guided workflows with confirmation before each step writes.
Proposals and repeatable quarters as workpieces
Two of the most consequential artefacts a consultancy produces. Both shape revenue for months. Both now open on the canvas, with decisions about service, ICP, and next step explicit in the chat.
Research reports built for reuse, not the bin
Most consulting research dies on the first read. Reports now ship as workpieces with sourced signals, buyer hypotheses, and explicit reuse paths into deals, deal rooms, and campaigns.
ABM campaigns become a workpiece, not a black box
Account-based marketing inside a consultancy is a small list, deep proof, and a touch plan you would defend in front of the account. Now it's a workpiece you can see take shape, not a generated artefact you have to audit after the fact.
Deal rooms build on the canvas, not in the dark
A deal room is the only surface your buyer ever sees. Building one used to mean trusting Assist to do the right thing offstage. Now you watch every section take shape before anything ships.
Deal drafts open as a workpiece, not a half-filled record
Ask Assist to add a deal and the buyer problem, value, stage, owner, next action, and evidence shape on the canvas before anything saves. No more pipelines full of half-truths.
Assist shows its reasoning, every time
An AI claim without a source is a guess in a confident voice. Every Assist answer now ships with a reasoning card that names the context it used and explains why it routed there.
One-click Assist prompts that already know your network
You shouldn't have to write the same prompt twice. Assist now has shortcuts for relationship briefs, open loops, monthly change summaries, and digest drafts, all grounded in your saved network context.
Assist gets a working canvas, not just a chat
When Assist starts a deck, account plan, org chart, proposal, or sequence, the page opens a working canvas beside the chat. Plan steps, context gaps, and next actions stay visible the whole way.
April 2026
Nynch goes live: first production release
After months of building with a small group of consultants and fractional executives, the AI-Native CRM for Relationship-Led Growth is open to founding users.
Inline charts in Assist replies
Ask Assist a number question. The answer comes back as a chart in the reply, not a paragraph describing the chart you should have.
Demo workspace hardening
The demo is the first thing prospects see. A thin demo gives a thin first impression. We refreshed the seed data, hid the Academy for demo users, and cleared stale references end to end.
Telegram bot stops timing out
If you use Nynch from your phone via Telegram, longer requests used to die silently against Telegram's response window. They don't anymore.
