Nynch Wiki
Walkthroughs, answers, and how-to guides for consultants, fractional executives, and boutique advisors using Nynch to grow through relationships.
Set up your account, connect your email, and import your network.
-
Welcome to Nynch
How Nynch is organised, what each item in the left sidebar does, and where to look first when you don't know where to find something.
-
Set up your account
The conversational onboarding wizard walks you through who you are, who you sell to, and what you sell. Five to ten minutes to set the foundation that the rest of Nynch reads from.
-
Install the Nynch Chrome extension
Step-by-step install of the Nynch Chrome extension via Chrome's Load Unpacked developer flow. Required for LinkedIn capture and Google Meet recording.
-
Connecting Your Email
How to connect Gmail or Outlook, what syncs, and how to configure import preferences.
-
Bring your network into Nynch
Four paths to get your existing contacts into Nynch (CSV upload, LinkedIn export, Chrome extension, Gmail history sync). Pick the right one for your situation.
-
Pin the Nynch extension to your Chrome toolbar
Chrome's puzzle-piece menu lets you pin extension icons to the toolbar. Pin Nynch once and the icon is always one click away.
-
Connect your LinkedIn profile for relationship intelligence
Settings > Profile > Relationship Intelligence card > Connect LinkedIn Profile. Unlocks AI-powered relationship strength scoring and touchpoint analysis.
Connect email, send messages, use the Reply Coach, and master your inbox.
-

-
Connect Outlook to Nynch
Settings > Email & Calendar > Outlook card > Connect. Walk the Microsoft sign-in flow and the consent screen.

-
Use the Reply Coach to draft an email
Open any inbound email in the Nynch inbox and a Reply Coach panel offers context-aware draft suggestions. Pick one, edit, send.
-
Send a one-off email from a contact's profile
Open the contact, click Send Email. Composer opens pre-filled with their address and threaded against your prior conversation.
-
Bulk-email selected contacts
Tick the rows, bulk toolbar > More > Bulk Email. Composer opens with all addresses pre-filled. Each recipient gets a separate email, not a single CC blast.
-
Set up your email signature
Settings > Email & Calendar > your account > Signature. Type or paste the signature you want appended to Nynch-sent emails.
Sync your calendar, prep for meetings with AI, and track activities.
-
Connect Google Calendar to Nynch
Walk Settings to Email & Calendar to Google Calendar Connect, pick which calendars to sync, and let Nynch auto-create contacts from meeting attendees.
-
Force-resync a connected calendar
Settings > Email & Calendar > Calendar card > Configure > Re-sync now. Use after a calendar permission change or when events look stale.

Schedule a meeting from a deal
Open the deal canvas, find the stakeholder, click Schedule Meeting. Sends a calendar invite via your connected calendar with the right attendees pre-filled.
-
Connect Outlook Calendar
Open Settings to Email & Calendar, click Connect on the Outlook Calendar card, sign in with Microsoft, grant calendar permissions. Past and upcoming events sync to contact timelines.

How to use Today, your AI team, and your inbox every day.
-
Today: your daily action feed
The Today screen with its Flow and Actions tabs is where most days start. Here is what each section is for and how to work through it.
-
Log a call from the daily feed
On any daily feed card, find the "Already done?" row at the bottom, click Log call. The call is recorded on the contact timeline and the card auto-completes.
-
Log a meeting from the daily feed
On any daily feed card, find the "Already done?" row at the bottom, click Log meeting. The meeting is recorded on the contact timeline and the card auto-completes.
-
Add a quick note from the daily feed
On any daily feed card, click Add note in the "Already done?" row. Type the note, press Ctrl+Enter (or click Save). The note is saved on the contact timeline and the card auto-completes.
-
Dismiss a card from the daily feed
Click the X (Dismiss) button on the focused card, or swipe left on touch. The card is dismissed for today and rolls over tomorrow with fresh context.
-
Bulk-approve AI suggestions
When the Approvals section is full of similar drafts, use Bulk Approve to clear them in one click instead of one at a time.
-
Reject an AI suggestion permanently
One click in the Approvals queue or on the deal canvas. Rejected suggestions are silenced and the AI learns not to suggest the same pattern again.
-
Add an action item or commitment
Action items appear on Today's Activity tab on their due date. Add one from a deal canvas, contact profile, or the Today screen itself.
Track opportunities, manage deals, and plan your week.
-
Your opportunity board
The Revenue area is your pipeline of every active opportunity. Walk the kanban board, the orbit view, the methodology selector, the Reporting sheet, and how to move deals between stages.
-
The deal canvas
Click any opportunity card to open the 5-tab canvas: Check Fit, Research Account, Map People, Proposal, Deal Room. Each tab is a workflow stage with AI suggestions, not just a content panel.
-
Create your first opportunity
Walk through the New Opportunity dialog from the Revenue board, including company and contact linking, stage, value, source, and the optional next-activity step.
-
Set a deal's decision date
Open the deal, click the Decision Date field in the details bar at the top, pick a date. The deal flips into the forecast for that period and starts counting down to close.
-
Update a deal's value
Open the deal, click the Value field in the details bar at the top, type the new number. The forecast and pipeline totals update immediately.
-
Assign a company to a deal
Open the deal, click the Company field in the details bar at the top, search or pick an existing company, or type a new name to create one. The deal links to that company everywhere.
-
Mark a deal as Won
Drag the card to the Won column or change the stage from the deal canvas. You'll be asked for close value and close date before it lands.
-
Mark a deal as Lost
Drag to the Lost column or change the stage on the deal canvas. Loss reason is required so future post-mortems have something to learn from.
-
Add a stakeholder to a deal
Open the deal, click the Map People tab, add a contact and assign them a committee role (Economic Buyer, Champion, Coach, Influencer, Detractor).
-
Move a deal to a different pipeline
Drag-and-drop only works within one pipeline. To move a deal across pipelines (e.g. sales pipeline to retainer / client pipeline), open the deal canvas and use the pipeline picker.
-
Share a deal room with a buyer
Open the deal canvas, click the Deal Room tab (tab 5 of 5), generate a shareable link. The buyer sees what you've shared without needing a Nynch account.
-
Promote a stakeholder to primary contact
When the deal's main contact changes (e.g. they left the company, or a Champion took over), promote a committee member to primary. Old primary moves to the committee.
-
Tag a deal
Open the deal canvas, find the Tags field, type a tag. Tags are searchable and filterable in the kanban / list / reporting views.
-
Configure your pipeline stages
Owner / admin task. Edit existing stages, add new ones, set default probabilities, mark stages as Won or Lost. Changes apply workspace-wide.
-
Export deals to CSV

The third tab of the deal canvas. Every stakeholder on the buying committee, their role, their engagement strength, and inline actions to email, meet, message, or promote them.
-
Deal canvas: Proposal tab
The fourth tab of the deal canvas. Draft, version, and track proposals for the deal. AI-built drafts grounded in the dossier and stakeholder map.
-
Deal canvas: Deal Room tab
The fifth tab of the deal canvas. A shareable, branded room you give the buyer access to. Assets, links, notes, Q&A, plus read receipts so you know what they engaged with.

Tags are free-form labels. Add them inline on the contact profile, in the Create Contact dialog, or in bulk via the Edit Fields bulk action.
-
Filter the Contacts table by Owner
One toggle on the toolbar. Mine, All members, or a specific teammate. Useful in shared workspaces.
-
Bulk-delete contacts
Tick checkboxes, click Delete in the bulk toolbar. Soft-delete with a 6-second Undo toast. Contacts are also blacklisted so they don't get re-imported from CSV.
-
Enrich a single contact
Run AI enrichment on one contact from their profile. Fills in missing fields (title, company, location, LinkedIn URL, company domain) using public data and a few credits.
-
Run a duplicate detection sweep
Force Nynch to re-check your entire network for duplicates, instead of waiting for the next scheduled scan.
-
View your CSV import history
The More menu on any entity table has Import History. Shows every past import with status, row counts, and an Undo option for recent ones.
-
Undo a recent CSV import
From Import History, find the import, click Undo. Reverts new-record creation; merges into existing records stay merged.
-
Block a contact from being re-imported
Deleting a contact adds them to the blacklist automatically. To block someone without deleting, add them to the blacklist manually so they don't show up via CSV import or auto-creation.
-
Bulk-reassign owners across many contacts
Tick checkboxes on the Contacts table, bulk toolbar > Edit Fields > Owner. Pick the new owner. Confirm. Useful for handoffs, territory changes, team rebalancing.

-
Customize what shows on a Kanban card
In Kanban view, click the card-settings icon to pick which fields show on each contact or company card. Smaller cards fit more on screen; bigger cards show more context.
-
Add a custom field to contacts, companies, or deals
Open the entity's custom fields manager, click + New Field, pick a field type, name it. The field is then available for editing on every record and for filtering / sorting.
-
Add a note to a contact or deal
Notes live on the activity timeline forever. Use them to capture context that won't fit in a field. Open the contact or deal, click Add Note, write, save.
-
View a contact's ICP fit breakdown
Click the ICP score badge on the contact profile to see WHY they scored what they did. Lists the matched and missing signals against each priority ICP.
Organise relationships into rhythms, run campaigns, and discover new connections.
-
Sort your network with the Bucket Game
The Bucket Game is a one-by-one card sorter that drops every contact into the rhythm cadence that fits them. Use it to triage a fresh CSV import or a backlog of unsorted contacts.
-
Relationship rhythms
Rhythms are how often you want to be in touch with someone, organised into cadences (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, etc.). They feed Today's Rhythm section, the Bucket Game, and most of Nynch's relationship intelligence.
-
Snooze a rhythm reminder
One click pushes a contact back to the queue for a few days. Use Snooze when you can't act today but don't want to lose them.
-
Mark a contact as manually touched
Use this when you engaged outside any connected channel (phone, in-person, WhatsApp on a phone Nynch can't see). One click resets the rhythm cadence.
