You'll learn how to: Draft a post and publish or schedule it for your network to see.
Time: 5-10 minutes per post.
Prereqs: The Engage section. Connected social accounts (e.g. LinkedIn) are strongly recommended for seamless publishing.
Where the Write tab lives
The Write tab is the second tab in the Engage section. Click Engage in the sidebar, then click the Write tab.
What you'll find
The Write tab is where you compose and manage your social posts. It includes:
- A post composer for drafting content.
- Scheduling tools to pick when your post goes live.
- Content tools to help you write thoughtfully (exact feature list to confirm; may include writing suggestions or templates).
Steps
- Click the Engage section in the sidebar.
- Click the Write tab.
- Click the Compose or New post button (exact label pending confirmation).
- Write your message in the text field.
- (Optional) Add formatting, links, or media if your post calls for it.
- Choose to:
- Publish now to send immediately.
- Schedule to pick a date and time for later.
- Click Post (or Publish) to go live.
Best practices
- Keep it short and punchy. LinkedIn favors posts under 150 characters in the headline; longer posts often underperform.
- Add value. Share a lesson learned, ask a genuine question, or celebrate someone else's win.
- Timing matters. Schedule posts for when your audience is most active (usually Tuesday-Thursday, 8-10am in their timezone).
- One voice, one message. Stick to your point rather than jumping between topics.
Scheduling a post
Scheduling lets you queue up content without being glued to your desk:
- After composing, click Schedule (or similar).
- Pick a date and time.
- Click Confirm to queue it.
Your post will go live at the scheduled time.
If something goes wrong
- Symptom: "Write tab is empty or doesn't load." → Fix: Refresh the page. If it persists, check that you're in the Implement mode and the Engage section is enabled on your plan.
- Symptom: "Post didn't publish / got stuck in draft." → Fix: Save again, or check for any error messages that appeared. If you're still stuck, try refreshing and re-composing.
- Symptom: "I scheduled a post but it didn't go out at the right time." → Fix: Check the timezone setting in your avatar → Settings. Nynch uses your account timezone to schedule posts.
