Why the bot
The Nynch Telegram bot is your pocket command line for your deal pipeline and contacts. Text it commands to get instant summaries, search contacts by name, and trigger your daily briefing on demand. No app required.
Bot commands
Send any of these to the Nynch bot (the conversation that opened when you connected). Each command is case-insensitive.

Text messages and voice
Beyond commands, you can:
- Send voice messages: Press and hold the microphone icon in Telegram, record a quick thought ("Add Sarah to my follow-up list" or "What's the status on the Acme deal?"), and send it. The bot listens and tries to execute the request.
- Type natural language: Type a question like "Show me my top deals" or "Call the Contino account" and the bot attempts to parse it.
Configure your notification preferences in the bot
When you send /settings, the bot shows inline buttons to toggle these preferences for your Telegram channel:
- Daily briefing: on/off and preferred time.
- Notifications: on/off for signal and deal alerts.
- Voice messages: on/off for voice-transcription features.
- Voice gender: Choose a voice for bot replies (if voice is on).
Changes take effect immediately.
If something goes wrong
- Symptom: "I sent a command but the bot doesn't respond." → Fix: Make sure you're in the official Nynch bot chat (the link from Settings goes directly to it). Try
/pingfirst to confirm connectivity. If the bot still doesn't respond, refresh the page in the web app and try again. - Symptom: "The bot says 'Command not recognized.'" → Fix: Check the spelling. Commands are case-insensitive but must be exact. Try
/helpto see the full list and confirm the command name. - Symptom: "/deals shows outdated information." → Fix: The bot caches pipeline data. Refresh by disconnecting and reconnecting (or just open the Deals board in Nynch for the live view). This usually resolves within a minute.
- Symptom: "I sent a voice message but nothing happened." → Fix: Check that voice messages are enabled in
/settings. Some accents or noisy backgrounds may reduce transcription accuracy; try a quieter environment or be more specific with the request. - Symptom: "Daily briefing is arriving at the wrong time." → Fix: Send
/settingsand adjust the preferred time using the inline buttons. The bot respects your timezone and quiet hours.
