Bucket Game

Ten minutes. Every weekday. Compounded into an active book of business.

The Bucket Game is the daily ritual inside Nynch. A stack of breathing-orb cards, sized to what a human can actually maintain. Three possible actions per card. One trip through the stack. The only CRM consultants tell us they willingly open before coffee.

The buckets behind the Bucket Game

Inner Circle, High Trust, Dream 100. Every contact sits in a tier with its own cadence. The Bucket Game runs the daily 10-minute card flow off these buckets.

Three buckets. Sized to human limits.

The Bucket Game's layer sizing is built on Dunbar's social-layer caps. The buckets are sized to what a human can actually sustain, which is why the daily routine actually fits in ten minutes instead of becoming another piece of permanent CRM homework.

Layer What lives here Daily Bucket Game share
Inner 5 to 15 Top clients, repeat referrers, highest-trust contacts 3 to 4 cards
Warm 15 to 50 Active deals, warm leads, recently re-engaged dormant contacts 4 to 5 cards
Edge 50 to 150 Expansion-ready prospects, known but cooler relationships 1 to 2 cards

Total: roughly 8 to 10 cards. Designed to take roughly one minute each. The breathing orb behind each card pulses faster for higher-urgency signals (a champion just went quiet, a renewal date is approaching, a Hawkes-process decay curve has crossed the 8.33x Rhythm-Break threshold), so the urgency is felt visually instead of shouted at you in red.

Three actions per card. No fourth option.

Card-flow rituals only work when the action set is small and the friction is low. The Bucket Game gives you three buttons and nothing else. The point is to keep moving.

Act

Open the contact, send the draft Smart Draft has prepared, request a meeting, or log a call. Defaults to whatever the system thinks is the next-best action.

Snooze

Defer to tomorrow, next week, or until a named signal fires. The card returns automatically when the snooze ends or the signal triggers.

Archive

Tell the system you have handled this offline or that the relationship is no longer active. Your Feedback Loop recalibrates next Sunday.

Why this is the activation hook.

Most CRMs measure success by data completeness. Nynch measures success by daily ritual. A consultant who plays the Bucket Game four mornings a week for a month has, by definition, touched 32 to 40 priority relationships, kept their REI signal fresh, and given the Suggestion Lifecycle 32 to 40 outcomes to learn from. Compounding starts on day one.

The 10-minute ceiling is doctrine, not a target. If the routine ever takes longer than ten minutes for an active book of business, something is wrong with the prioritisation, not with you. The product team treats Bucket Game time as a quality metric, not as engagement to be maximised.

Book a 30-minute demo. We will hand you a real account with a real bucket stack and let you flip through it on a live screen. You will know in three cards whether this is the kind of CRM you would actually open in the morning.
