Know what to say. To who. And why now.
Most CRMs surface single signals as notifications: funding round, job change, opened email. The Angles Tab fires on combinations. Four angle types (revenue, social, timing, relationship) and composite triggers when two or more cross threshold together. The answer to the three questions you ask before every cold reach.
Four angle types. One score per contact, per angle.
Each angle type is shaped differently because each draws on a different kind of evidence. Combining them is what makes the system useful.
Revenue angle
Financial signals that move the buying probability: budget cycles, funding events, procurement windows, contract end dates, headcount changes that signal need.
Fires on: "Series B closed last week", "RFP window opens in 30 days", "Their CFO posted about budget reallocation".
Social angle
Public-domain content you can reference. Posts, articles, podcast appearances, conference talks. The angle that gives you a real opener instead of a manufactured one.
Fires on: "Published a LinkedIn thought-leadership post this week", "Quoted in industry coverage", "Spoke at a conference your past clients attended".
Timing angle
Decay-driven and event-driven timing. The 8.33x Rhythm-Break threshold, champion silence, renewal countdown, internal-event windows. The angle that says "now, or in fourteen days, but not later."
Fires on: "Hawkes decay crossed half-life", "Champion has been silent for 3 weeks", "Renewal in 45 days, no recent commitments kept".
Relationship angle
Graph-based opportunities. A warm path opens, a referrer becomes active, a peer joins the contact's company, a Dunbar-layer 1 contact engages with the prospect publicly.
Fires on: "Mutual contact just took a job at the target company", "Your top client engaged with their post", "Path Finder found a 2-hop warm intro".
Composite triggers cut the noise.
Single signals are noisy. Two firing at once cuts noise by an order of magnitude. The Angles Tab surfaces composite triggers as the headline output. Single angles are visible if you drill in, but they are not what the system shouts about.
- Revenue + Social: "Funding round closed last week" plus "CFO posted about budget reallocation" → Lead with the budget-reallocation post, reference the funding context as proof you've been paying attention.
- Timing + Relationship: "Renewal in 45 days" plus "Mutual contact engaged with their last post" → Open a warm-intro window through the mutual contact, frame around renewal continuity.
- Revenue + Timing: "RFP window opens in 30 days" plus "Champion silent for 3 weeks" → Deal at risk. Re-engage the champion immediately or surface a new stakeholder.
- Social + Relationship: "Spoke at a conference" plus "Your top client attended that conference" → Ask the top client for a specific intro. Frame around shared context.
How the Angles Tab compares to generic CRM signal alerts.
Generic alerts fire one signal at a time and ask you to do the synthesis. The Angles Tab does the synthesis and hands you a draft.
| Behaviour | Generic CRM signal alert | Nynch Angles Tab |
|---|---|---|
| Combines multiple signal types | No (single-channel) | Yes (four types) |
| Fires on composite triggers, not single events | No | Yes |
| Output is a draft angle, not a notification | No | Yes |
| Inherits AI Archetype voice in the draft | No | Yes |
| Tracked by the Suggestion Lifecycle | No | Yes |
| Outcome data feeds back into trigger weights | No | Yes |
