Background
Peter spent over a decade advising more than 200 consultancies, fractional executives, and boutique advisory firms on business development. The work covered solo independents through to 50-person agencies across the UK, US, Australia, and continental Europe. Before that, he ran a productised consulting business serving SaaS and enterprise tech companies.
The pattern across all 200 engagements was the same: brilliant professionals losing revenue not to better competitors, but to forgotten follow-ups, missed signals, and buried commitments. Every tool they had been sold was built for high-volume sales teams running cold-outreach pipelines, not for people who win business through reputation and trust. The gap between the work and the tooling was the reason Nynch exists.
