Zoho CRM Pricing, Decoded

Zoho is honestly cheap.
The tier you want is honestly higher.

Zoho CRM is the best-value configurable CRM in the industry, and that is not a backhanded compliment. The decode worth doing is simpler: which tier actually carries the capabilities you are imagining, what Bigin changes for small buyers, and what the configuration hours cost that never appears on the invoice. Numbers checked August 2026.

The Core Numbers

Zoho CRM Tiers, As Published

TierAnnual billingMonthly billingThe honest one-liner
Free$0, up to 3 users$0A real starter database with the automation switched off
Standard$14 per user per month$20The billboard price: solid basics, light automation
Professional$23 per user per month$35More process tooling, still short of the headline capabilities
Enterprise$40 per user per month$50Where the platform most buyers imagine actually lives, including the Zia AI assistant capabilities
Ultimate$52 per user per month$65Enterprise plus higher limits and richer analytics

Per Zoho's published pricing, checked 15 August 2026. Zoho.com is the source of truth. Bigin, Zoho's simple pipeline CRM, runs separately at $7 to $18 per user per month.

The Decode

The Two Costs That Are Not on the Tier Table

The tier climb. Zoho's low entry price is real, and so is the gradient: the automation depth and AI capabilities that make a CRM more than a database concentrate in Enterprise at $40. Budget against the tier you will want in month six, not the one that got you to sign up. Even then, Zoho at $40 undercuts most rivals honestly.

The administrator you become. Zoho CRM is a construction kit, and proudly so: modules, layouts, workflows, the wider Zoho suite to wire in. Businesses with an ops-minded person get tremendous value from that kit. The solo expert gets a second job.

Zoho asks little of your wallet and a lot of your evenings. For a consultancy of one, the scarce resource was never the $14. It was the attention the kit consumes and the relationships going quiet while it does.

If your revenue is relationship-led, the alternative is not a cheaper kit. It is no kit: Nynch arrives with the relationship model built, reads email, calendar and LinkedIn, remembers what both sides said, and briefs you each morning. $79 per month billed annually at $950, one plan, AI and onboarding included.

The Verdict

Kit or Colleague

Zoho CRM makes sense if you...
  • Have an admin-minded person who will enjoy the construction kit.
  • Want maximum configurability per dollar, and Enterprise at $40 delivers it.
  • Already live in the wider Zoho suite.
Look elsewhere if you...
  • Are one expert whose revenue is relationships and referrals.
  • Would rather never see the word "workflow editor" again.
  • Want relationship memory, timing signals and a daily briefing, which no Zoho tier ships.
Common Questions

Zoho CRM Pricing, Answered

Per Zoho’s published pricing (checked August 2026): Standard at $14 per user per month on annual billing ($20 monthly), Professional at $23 ($35 monthly), Enterprise at $40 ($50 monthly), Ultimate at $52 ($65 monthly). A free edition exists for up to 3 users with the basics. The pattern to notice: the capabilities most buyers imagine, deeper automation and the AI assistant, concentrate in Enterprise and above.

The honest answer from the tier design: Enterprise. Standard and Professional are capable databases, but advanced automation, richer customisation and Zia AI capabilities cluster at $40 and up. Zoho’s pricing is still genuinely low for the category, that is their strategy and they execute it well. Just do the maths on the tier you will actually want, not the one on the billboard.

They answer different sizes of problem. Bigin, Zoho’s pipeline-first small-business CRM, runs $7 to $18 per user per month and is deliberately simple. Zoho CRM proper is the configurable platform. If you are choosing between them, you are probably Bigin-sized, and if you are outgrowing Bigin the question is whether you want to climb Zoho’s ladder or step off the configure-it-yourself track entirely.

The subscription is the visible line. The invisible one is configuration and upkeep: Zoho CRM rewards businesses with someone who enjoys administering it, workflows, layouts, modules, integrations across the wider Zoho suite. That person-hour cost is fine for a small firm with an ops-minded owner. For a solo consultant it is the same old trade: cheap software, expensive you.

A system that does the remembering and watching itself. Nynch is the AI CRM for consultants and fractionals: it reads email, calendar and LinkedIn, holds both sides of every relationship, and briefs you each morning on who to contact, why, and what to say. One plan at $79 per month billed annually at $950, AI usage and onboarding included, nothing to administer.

Ready to See the Difference?

Cheap kits cost evenings.
Nynch costs $950 and gives them back.

No modules, no workflow editor, no tier ladder. Nynch reads your network, remembers everything said, and briefs you each morning on who matters.
