Relationship capital calculator

Relationship capital here is dormant clients times the value of a typical re-engagement, plus referrers times the value you assign to an introduction. You enter every number.

A project or retainer you have actually sold. Overwrite.
Your expected value, not an industry multiple.

Relationship capital

The formula

relationship capital = (dormant clients × typical re-engagement value) + (referrers × value you assign to one introduction).

Worked example

The placeholders start at 8 dormant clients at 18,000 and 3 referrers at 8,000. That is 144,000 plus 24,000, total 168,000. Overwrite every figure. If you do not believe eight clients will return, lower the count. Do not invent a reactivation percent.

Two-sided memory

Nynch holds both sides of every relationship. Your clients and prospects drop hints, make promises, mention timelines. Nynch captures what they said and did, then surfaces it at the moment it matters. The number on this page is what one fallible memory leaves on the table.

Questions

FAQ

Why is there no 20 percent reactivation rate?

Because Nynch does not invent industry percentages. If you believe a third of dormant clients will return, type 0.33 into your own head and lower the count. The tool will not do that for you.

What value should I use for an introduction?

The fee or retainer you would accept from a typical introduced client, times how often you think an introduction becomes one. You choose both.

Is this the same as the chat quiz?

Same job. This URL is public and indexable. The assistant quiz is optional.

Do I need an account to see the result?

No. The result updates on this page from the numbers you type.

Where do the numbers come from?

You. Placeholder values are labelled as overwrite-me. There are no hidden market-rate tables.

Is this financial advice?

No. It is arithmetic plus a way to say the number in a proposal. You still decide what to charge.
