Feast or famine risk score

Feast or famine is a full delivery diary and a quiet pipeline at the same time. This score uses five inputs you already know and a published formula. Higher means more risk.

Type 999 if it has never happened.

The formula

Score = client points + runway points + (top-client percent / 100 × 20) + min(20, months since rehire / 24 × 20) + network-hour points. Each family is out of 20. Bands: 0 to 24 low, 25 to 49 watch, 50 to 74 high, 75 to 100 critical.

Worked example

The placeholders start at 2 clients, 2 months of runway, 50 percent concentration, 12 months since a rehire, and 2 hours on the network. That is 10 + 12 + 10 + 10 + 8 = 50, the high-risk boundary. Overwrite the inputs with your week.

The Nynch bridge

The score names the weak input. Nynch holds the other side of the relationship so the next move is a person, a reason, and a sentence, not a mood.

Questions

FAQ

What does the score measure?

Five inputs, twenty points each: current clients, signed runway, revenue concentration, months since a past client rehired you, and hours per week on the network. Higher is more risk.

What should I do with a high score?

The page names the two weakest inputs and the next relationship-led move. It will not tell you to buy a list.

Is feast or famine a character flaw?

The course on this hub treats it as a systems problem. The score treats hours, concentration, and runway as inputs you can change.

Do I need an account to see the result?

No. The result updates on this page from the numbers you type.

Where do the numbers come from?

You. Placeholder values are labelled as overwrite-me. There are no hidden market-rate tables.

Is this financial advice?

No. It is arithmetic plus a way to say the number in a proposal. You still decide what to charge.
