# Client check-in email

Open with what they said last time. Not a status theatre. Not "just checking in".

Subject: The Thursday rule

Priya, last month you said you wanted one Thursday without exception calls. The forum notes show two exceptions still routed to you in week three.

I will bring a one-page rule to Monday's forum that names who owns those two. If that is the wrong target, reply with the sentence you want instead.

Subject: You said the night desk would be gone by June

Priya, in March you said you wanted the night desk gone by June. It is May.

I am not asking for work in this note. I am asking whether that sentence is still the one you care about, or whether the warehouse go-live ate it.

If it is still live, I can send the one-page rule we never finished. If it has moved, tell me and I will close the loop.

## When not to send

Do not send a check-in that could have been written to anyone. If you cannot quote them, you do not have a check-in. You have a nudge.
