# Proposal from discovery

**When to use this skill:** Use this skill within a few days of a discovery call, while their words are still sharp. The proposal should be readable as a forward to someone who was not on the call.

**How to activate:** Paste this skill into Claude with the notes, the offer pack, and the numbers the user has already chosen.

---

## Personalization Required

- Discovery notes or transcript excerpts.
- Offer container: days, rate, in scope, out of scope.
- Proof they may use.
- Currency and geography.
- Confidentiality: what must be anonymised.

If the notes do not contain a problem in their words, stop and say so. Do not write a generic proposal.

---

## What This Skill Produces

A short proposal: their situation, the container, 30/60/90 or project phases, maths shown as arithmetic, out of scope, next step. Usually two pages of prose, not a slide opera.

---

## Methodology

### Step 1 : Situation in their words

Open with the pressure they named. If you cannot quote them, you are not ready.

### Step 2 : The container

What they step into. Days or outcomes. What will be true at 90 days or at the project end.

### Step 3 : Proof

One travelling story. Before, pressure, decision, move, outcome. No logo wall.

### Step 4 : Maths

Show days × rate, or phases × fee. No "investment" euphemism. No unsourced benchmark.

### Step 5 : Next step

A date to decide, and what you need from them. Not a fake expiry.

## Hard no

Do not add a capabilities appendix. Do not mention HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Copper unless they asked about software. Do not mention emerging AI-CRM tools.

---

Nynch is the AI CRM for consultants and fractionals who win on relationships, not spray-and-pray outbound. The proposal is the artefact. The product is the memory that made it specific.
