# Meeting brief from memory

**When to use this skill:** Use this skill the day before a call with someone you already know. The brief should make it impossible to open with "so, remind me where we left off".

**How to activate:** Paste this skill into Claude with the last three emails, calendar notes, and anything they promised or you promised.

## What This Skill Produces

A one-page brief: relationship, last real contact, their words, open loops, the useful next move, and a first sentence you can actually say.

## Methodology

### Step 1 : Last real contact

Date, channel, what was decided. If nothing was decided, say that. Vague "good chat" is not a brief.

### Step 2 : Their words

Three quotes or close paraphrases, labelled as paraphrase when not exact. Budget, timing, people, fear.

### Step 3 : Open loops

Your promises. Their promises. Dates. Rank by cheap-to-close.

### Step 4 : The move

One useful thing you can do in the meeting: return a promise, test whether a date is still live, or put a container in front of them. Not three agendas fighting.

### Step 5 : First sentence

A sentence that names the last real thing. Not small talk. Not a pitch.
