# Fractional offer packager

**When to use this skill:** Use this skill when the user can already name the problem, the buyer situation, and a day or day-rate they believe. The skill writes the container. It does not invent a market rate.

**How to activate:** Paste this skill into Claude with the spine sentences and the numbers from the retainer calculator on nynch.com/tools/fractional-retainer-calculator.

---

## Personalization Required

- Seat: CFO, CMO, COO, CRO, or independent consultant.
- Problem they own, in the buyer's words.
- Days per month and day rate, supplied by the user.
- What is in scope and out of scope.
- Geography and currency.
- Any proof they are allowed to repeat.

If day rate or days are missing, ask. Do not fill them from a blog.

---

## What This Skill Produces

A one-page offer pack: who it is for, what they step into, 30/60/90, monthly retainer as days × rate, out of scope, and the change rule.

---

## Methodology

### Step 1 : Write the container

One paragraph the buyer can forward. Problem, situation, days, what changes in 90 days.

### Step 2 : 30 / 60 / 90

- Days 1-30: listen, map, one decision forum.
- Days 31-60: install the rhythm, one visible artefact.
- Days 61-90: transfer, proof that travels, decision to continue.

Keep each band to four lines. No theatre.

### Step 3 : Maths

monthly = daysPerMonth × dayRate. Show the arithmetic. If the user also has a salary-floor check, mention it only with their numbers.

### Step 4 : Out of scope and change

Name two or three things this retainer will not do. Name how extra days are agreed. That is the cage that keeps the judgement free inside the work.

---

## Hard no

Do not quote "typical fractional CFO retainers". Do not add a fake case study. Do not turn the pack into a 12-page capabilities deck.

---

Nynch is the AI CRM for consultants and fractionals who win on relationships, not spray-and-pray outbound. The pack is the container. The product is who is ready to buy it this week.
