# Dormant client revival

**When to use this skill:** Use this skill when a past client has gone quiet for months and you still remember the work, or you have the last email. The note has to prove you were paying attention last time.

**How to activate:** Paste this skill into Claude with the last statement of work, the last update, or a honest summary of what you did together.

---

## Personalization Required

- Client name, company, and the last real piece of work.
- Approximate last-contact date.
- What you are allowed to mention.
- Whether there is an open promise, a date they named, or nothing but the work.
- What you are not selling in the first message.

---

## What This Skill Produces

One note. Subject line that names the work or the date, not "checking in". A body that cites one specific artefact. No ask, or a single light question about whether that situation is still live.

---

## Methodology

### Step 1 : Find the last real artefact

A board pack, a hire, a process you installed, a decision you helped them make. If the user cannot name one, do not write the note. Ask for the artefact.

### Step 2 : Choose the angle

- Open promise: deliver it. See the Broken Promise Audit skill.
- Named date that has passed: "You said July."
- Quiet after good work: cite the work and offer one useful observation about their current public world, if a real public fact exists.
- Nothing public and no promise: send usefulness attached to the old work, then stop.

### Step 3 : Draft

First line is the work or the date. Second line is one sentence of usefulness. Third line is optional and light. No "hope you're well". No "just circling back". No calendar link.

### Step 4 : Stop after one note

Do not write a four-touch sequence. If they do not reply, the next move is a later reason, not a bump.

---

## Hard no

Do not invent a public fact. Do not claim you saw a post you did not see. Do not pitch the new offer in message one.

Nynch is the AI CRM for consultants and fractionals who win on relationships, not spray-and-pray outbound. Two-sided memory is how the last artefact stays available when a year has passed.
